This book was a revelation to me because I have been following a so-called healthy diet for years - yet most of the foods I was eating were mentioned in a headline about this book which really shocked me:
"Why You Should STOP eating Whole Wheat Bread, Vegetable Oil, Homogenized Milk, Canola Oil, Energy Bars, Soy Milk & These Cereals...
These foods are silently KILLING you and your family, causing Diabetes, Heart Disease, Cancer & excess body fat... I'll also show you why you should eat MORE foods such as delicious butter, cream, cheese, coconut fat, avocados and juicy steaks."
The author of The fat burning kitchen clearly knows his stuff and is a certified nutritionist. Since ditching the foods that are not doing me the good I thought they were my digestion is much, much better and so are my blood sugar levels which were previously all over the place.
The book explained why I had too much excess around my middle and why I couldn't shift the weight. Now that's all changing for the better too.
